How Will My Order Ship?

We've carefully selected the shipping options for each product on our site to ensure you receive the fastest, safest, and most reliable delivery service possible. Each item's delivery options will be noted on its product page, as well as in the shopping cart.


Any Exceptions I Should Be Aware Of?

Deliveries are not typically made on Saturdays or Sundays. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APOs. If you live in a non-contiguous U.S. state or territory—in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands—additional fees or shipping restrictions may apply.


** ALL Transit times range between 1 to 5 business days and delivery dates are determined by location of warehouse, location of destination, and courier volumes.**

Our Return Policy

We strive to offer designs of the highest quality. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return it within 30 days of receipt.

Anything you purchase on Click Decor should arrive in pristine condition. If you feel that anything in your order is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Support team

The Basics

  • You may return or exchange any item that is not marked “Final Sale” within 30 days of delivery with receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We must receive all returns in new, unused condition, with all original packaging. If your order is damaged or defective in any way, please contact our Customer Support team for further assistance.



How To Return Something

Get in touch with our customer support team with your order number and the item you wish to return and a brief outline of the issue.

Our Customer Support team will contact you and let you know if your item is eligible for return. You should hear back from us within 1-2 business days.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


How We Process Your Refund

We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible once we have received and inspected your returned product. We will notify you via email once we’ve received your return and the refund has been processed.

In the unlikely event your article arrives to you in less than perfect condition, please email photos to, or call our customer care team at 1-800-379-9773.

The Click Decor manufacturer's warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery. Your warranty time period is validated by the purchase date on your original purchase receipt. (Please note that the warranty cannot be validated without your original purchase receipt). 

If you're experiencing a warranty issue, get in touch with our team. We will work to address the issue and ensure that the product is good as new. This may involve shipping you replacement parts, organizing repair, or a complete replacement (at our discretion).

Please note that warranties are not transferable, and cannot be extended to re-sold items. Warranties are only valid when products are used for their intended purpose, and exhibit normal use. Defects resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal use, or commercial purposes will not be covered by the Click Decor warranty.
